Owners’ comments
Large and comfortable semi-detached house of contemporary style in a very peaceful area. Lots of trees. Large common light area on the second with large windows and patio doors overlooking the back and front balconies. Beautiful partial view of the river and the Quebec Bridge. Magnificent view illuminated in the evening of Quebec City. Japanese panels in the open area for more privacy. Several changes have been made over the years, such as the roof in 2015, the two bathrooms, one in 2013 and the other in 2015, the two front and rear balconies in 2018, the addition of slates on the front porch and the stairs and the landscaping in 2019.
4 minutes, 1.5 km from the Marina de la Chaudière and near the bike path. By the Quebec Bridge you will be in 20 minutes, 18.6 km from downtown Quebec City and 17 minutes from Old Lévis, 11 km.
