The property is located partially on a hill side, on the west side of Lake Bouchette with a panoramic view on the lake itself. The land is completely landscaped with a variety of trees, fruit trees and flowery plants.

The propriety is also located at 2 km from the well re-knowed sanctuary called 'Ermitage Saint-Antoine', at 1 km of the township beach, at 2 km from the center of town and its commodities, and next to a Natural Vacation Center called Centre Vacance Nature Auberge ÉVA. The snowmobile provincial trail which goes directly in front of the propriety on the Lake Bouchette,

The house is a Laprise pre-manufactured home, built in 2008 by the present owner and is Novoclimat certified.

The house is located on a 4,000 meters squared half wooded terrain; approximately 1,000 square meters is wooded terrain.

The basement is a concrete structure non-finish eight (8) foot plus. All exterior walls of the basement were insulated in 2008 with a 1.5 inch thick polyurethane spray. The bassement is heated with électric baseboards.

A propane operated fireplace is used at a secondary heating in case of needs, and also a propane operated kitchen stove is located in the kitchen. The kitchen is also equipped with an electrical outlet for an electrical stove.

A four hundred (400) pounds rental propane tank is located on the North West of the house; the rental fees are $84 + taxes yearly.

An artesian well excavated in 2008 at 205 feet down is located on the property.

A septic tank and a septic field dogged and installed in accordance with 2008 specifications, papers available. An inspection of the system done in 2019 at the township request, inspection report and its recommendation are available for review. The pump out of the septic tank is done every other year and is scheduled by the township. The cost of the pump out is $61.50 / yearly included on township taxes. 

At the rear of the house located on a small plateau, is a two (2) meters diameter by one (1) meter deep water pond. The pond is surrounded by plants and trees.
