View! View! View! Superb property, built December 2013, located in Orford, le Montagnac neighborhood. Right in front of Mt. Orford 1km in a straight line from it. The view is breathtaking, actual pictures are simply not representing the reality, the mountain is much closer then pictured. Ceiling 9' high on the main floor except for the living room where you can find 12' ceiling with 10' windows including motorized solar roller shades. Dining room (also with motorized solar roller shades) and kitchen are open plan and also completely glassed to maximize the view on the mountain, a lot of natural light. Kitchen with top of the line granite counter from Bresil. Appliances are Frigidaire brand model Professional and a Cave à Vin wine cellar.

The veranda is 3 seasons, made of pine, with a lot of windows. Ideal for the morning coffee or to relax after dinner.
