This beautiful house is situated in a residential neighbourhood, ideal for a couple or a family. 

We are:

- 5 min away by car from an elementary school

- 4 min away by car from a high school

- 10 min away by car (or 15 min by bus) from L'Assomption CEGEP

- A bike path 2 min away from the house (by bike)

- Public transportation taking you to Montreal (Radisson terminal) (bus 100 from RTM)

The house is modern and has an "open" concept and has great luminosity

There has been renovations such as:

- New kitchen counter

- New shower door (main floor)

- New bathroom in the basement (bathroom / laundry room)

- Landscaping of the house (front yard and backyard)
