Well located triplex in Sainte-Thérèse near the main roads (640, 15, 117), within walking distance of the train station and the bus terminal.
The building is on a street corner. It has an area of more than 6000 sq.ft. There are 2 parking entrances (one by Desjardins and the other by Saint-Jacques Est). In total, it is possible to park 8 to 10 cars. There is a beautiful grassed backyard and the 2 upper units (ground floor and 2nd) have a patio door and a private balcony. These were all redone in 2020 and they are new.
Several improvements have been made over the years in the housing, the roof is redone.
