Owners’ comments
Magnificent corner condo, on the top floor, well soundproofed, offering great natural light thanks to many windows and its southern orientation. In addition, the windows and patio doors on either side of the accommodation provide pleasant ventilation on beautiful summer days.
Huge open area including dining room, living room, and fireplace. Large balcony at the front, near the dining room, convenient for your barbecue. Two spacious bedrooms side by side at the back, a good distance from the living areas, one of which has a patio door that opens onto a second balcony.
Large storage room inside the unit near the rear exit. No need to go outside or to the basement to get what you need. There are several wardrobes, a linen closet as well as an organized and closed space for the washer/dryer.
The two staircases are interior, one at the front and the other at the back giving direct access to the parking lot.
Outdoor parking is plowed in winter.
Close to many shops and services, Carrefour Laval and Centropolis. Easy access to highways 440, 15, and 13.
