Splendid, renovated and bright condo. Breathtaking view on the Rivière des Prairies from all rooms due to large windows. Wood floors, air conditioning, storage space, indoor parking, large private balcony, pool at the edge of the water. Feels like being in the countryside while living in town!

 

Well managed and maintained building with reasonable condo fees. Nearby many services including several within walking distance: supermarket, pharmacies, banks, medical clinics. Quick access to Montreal-Trudeau Airport via Highway 13.
