THE LIVING SPACE:

Ground floor: spacious and comfortable open space with a cathedral ceiling . Large windows on 3 sides make it a very sunny space. At the heart of family activities: the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. Granite sink and industrial type faucet (2020).

Floor: Master bedroom very lit by a large window (78" long X 60" high) and the second bedroom (which is currently used as an office). Bathroom with washer-dryer area .

Garage 14 X 19 heater can accommodate a car as well as storage shelves and a workbench corner. It has an automatic door opener and also has an independent entrance on the side of the house.

Garden level: Bedroom 3 overlooks the courtyard. It is possible to install a patio door and a family room overlooking the outside.
