Townhouse (corner unit) on large lot (5,000 sq. ft.). House in good condition tastefully decorated and well equipped. Close to the train station, schools, and services in a peaceful area. Its location on the turn gives it a pie-shaped lot with a backyard twice the size of neighboring units.
The land is so large that no compromises had to be made for the swimming pool (heated, 12*24, surrounded by a deck that facilitates maintenance) and the slabs (15*20 and 12*12) allowing to add a detached garage and a shed (or gazebo) have been laid. The orientation of the yard allows you to take advantage of the sunshine while having enough time in the shade in the morning to do the maintenance.
The garage is equipped with an electric charging station and has a storage mezzanine. The basement is 95% complete, only finishing and painting remain.
Convectors (which have replaced the baseboards) and a heat pump provide comfortable heating in winter.
