Beautiful property located in a very quiet and peaceful area of Sainte-Julie, close to parks, bicycle paths, primary and secondary school and supermarkets. Free public transportation in town only. Close to Saint-Bruno ski resort and Saint-Bruno National park where you can enjoy amazing walks. A simple visit will charm you!

Lots of natural light on the upper floor, an open living space with a large dining room, and a kitchen with a central island for extra storage space. The property has a functional fireplace to keep you warm in winter. All new windows fitted in 2020 as well as a brand new patio door.

The house has a huge parking space that can easily fit 6 cars and the possibility to build a double garage. Great size backyard with big size oval overground pool (23 ft x 17 ft) with brand new liner and filter fitted in 2020. New patio deck also built in 2020.
