The condo is facing the west side of the Island, offering a splendid view of the Olympic Stadium, downtown, fireworks during summer, etc. The building features reinforced concrete, which provides great soundproofing

The reserved parking spot (underground) is close to the two elevators, the storage spaces, and the recycling room.
