Prime location. No neighbor in the back. Quiet street, near the Radisson metro station. Centre Du Domaine, Place Versailles and grocery store within walking distance. Bus stop on Hochelaga at 2 minutes walk.

 

Two parks with water games nearby. One parking space in the garage (possibility of 2) and one outdoor.

 

Both apartments are occupied by the owners. Ground floor 4 1/2 + 1 office and possibility of making a third bedroom in the basement. First floor 4 1/2 with double living room. Rear facade work to be done in the short term.
