Very nice condo located on the 10th floor facing the Eastside which gives you a very nice sunrise. Lots of lite in the condo and fabulous view of greater Montreal. Huge terrasse that goes almost around the property which is bordered by Rivière des prairies in back. Located in front of a park, with a soccer field, public swimming pool, pétanque game and skating rink in the winter. As soon as you walk in the main alway, you see a small elevator for handicap people in a wheelchair, this always brings you to the community living room, to the mailbox, to the swimming pool, the gym, to the 2 parking spaces, to the locker, and to the two elevators.

Then go up to the 10th floor to this very nice corner unit. It as a huge balcony, two bedrooms, the master room is very large and as very nice bay windows tinted blue. A nice big bathroom with double bath for you to rest in it a little, the shower is apart from double bathtub also as a closet to put your towels and bed sheets. Bathroom countertop in marble with hi-end water fowsets. Bathroom, alway, kitchen floors are in ceramic tiles. Living room, dining room, and two bedrooms have floating engineered floors. Kitchen, dining room and living room are open concepts, which is very nice for entertaining. Majestic granite counter top and counter tablet. Very nice kitchen cabinets with a wood grain look, with plenty of space. Lots of Windows throughout the condo. Crown moldings throughout main alway to living room. Washing room and storage equipped with a central vacuum, central air conditioning, air exchanger and hot water tank. Two garage spaces and locker very well located nearby the two elevators, a janitor in service 6 days/week, surveillance caméras, électronique tags (puces) to enter the building.
