Welcome to 1110 J Omer Marchand !! Magnificent up-to-date townhouse, located in a peaceful area of Pointe-aux-Trembles. It has 4 bedrooms. It also offers great potential !!

The house has the following criteria:

Open concept ground floor including a lunch counter, a powder room, central vacuum;

Second floor with two large bedrooms, bedding, full bathroom, wall-mounted air conditioning, central vacuum;

Basement with a large family room, and two large bedrooms;

Washing room;

Central security system;

Backyard with a shed, bordered by a fence over 6 feet;

Parking.
The fences were replaced in July 2019. In addition, the water heater was replaced in April 2019.
