Beautiful townhouse (4 units) corner unit with no neighbor in front but a forest.  First floor, open area,  with a powder room.  Electric fireplace installed in October 2018 (to respect regulations of the city of Montreal)  Mural air conditioning install August 2017.  Second floor with 2 bedrooms with very good space with 2 wardrobes each, in the basement possibility to make another bedroom, wardrobe already there.  Laundry room and place for the water eater in the basement.  Windows with crack handle.  Access to the garage by the basement, armoire included.  Alarm system linked.  The side of the house and the rear courtyard fully landscape.  Roof with asphalt shingles redone in April 2013.  Easy access for the 25 highway and public transport (Bus 48X and 33 direct to Metro station)
