New septic tank and field, hardwood floors, drywall, insulation and 21 wood and aluminum  windows in 2007. Exterior completely redone in 2008 with MABEC treated wood  and galvalum (galvanized aluminum). New roof and interior painting in 2014. Kitchen, dining room and living room open area with slate in kitchen and hardwood in living room and dining room. Center island in the kitchen with hanging rack (included). Small exterior chalet insulated and heated overlooking the river outside in addition to a large insulated shed and a small shed.
