Nice 4 1/2 condo located on the 11th floor of the Le Logix complex, with a breathtaking view of the city and the park. Quite spacious, very clean, and well maintained, located near all main services and at 10 minutes from the Montmorency metro terminal in Laval. Ideal for a couple or young family. Sold with all appliances. Two parking lots including one internal and one external, and extra storage.
The apartment is located at the corner of the building and has double lighting and an expanded panoramic view of the city. The washer and the dryer are pretty new. The building is very secure with cameras.
