Close to several large public service spaces such as arenas, shopping centers, Cartier and Montmorency subways, along with Montmorency college. 10 minutes away from the Place Bell, the Cosmodome, the Centropolis, Guzzo cinema, and many others. Close to highway 440 et 15.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, a living room, an open concept kitchen / dining room and a toilet. The lower floor, formerly on concrete, was built from A to Z in 2019 and is equipped with 2 bedrooms, living / dining room and open concept kitchen, a full bathroom and a powder room with washer dryer with lots of storage space.

Possibility of income in the basemate.

It is a real gem where you can recreate wonderful memories. Furniture and some household appliances are available for sale separately with the house if needed.
