A beautiful detached house situated on a street corner in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the highway (A13 - 3 minutes by car). 

You will be awed by its good lighting from sunrise to sunset thanks to its geography and beautiful windows. 

A French door separates the living room and the dining room to give more intimate spaces in the common area. 

The second floor has a spacious master bedroom, which includes a walk-in. The two other bedrooms have good dimensions as well. 

The house is at walking distance from public transportation:

Walking distance from elementary schools, kindergarten and library and you can access the shopping center in a matter of minutes by car!
