A beautiful detached house situated on a street corner in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the highway (A13 - 3 minutes by car).
You will be awed by its good lighting from sunrise to sunset thanks to its geography and beautiful windows.
A French door separates the living room and the dining room to give more intimate spaces in the common area.
The second floor has a spacious master bedroom, which includes a walk-in. The two other bedrooms have good dimensions as well.
The house is at walking distance from public transportation:
- 66 (Carrefour Laval), 46 (Montmorency), 56 (Carrefour Laval / Montmorency), 404 (Gare Sainte-Dorothée), 26 (Montmorency / Gare Sainte-Dorothée) et 144 (Côte Vertu).
