House - Intergenerational

The property offers multiple possibilities thanks to the apartment that was created in the basement in 2015. Separate entrance giving access to the front and to the backyard.

Cozy house offering 2 very large bedrooms upstairs as well as a bathroom with a bath and a large separate shower. The laundry room completes the second floor.

A large bright and open space on the ground floor allows you to arrange the space according to your needs. The large bright kitchen with patio door access to the backyard allows you to arrange the space for an office area or a dining area according to your taste. A powder room completes the space on the ground floor.

The backyard has a large wooden patio, an outdoor cinema area, a space to create a garden or a flower bed, a shed, and a small pond with a fountain. Direct access from the backyard also allows you to go for a walk in Radisson Park. Radisson Park offers beautiful bike paths, fitness trails, and access to the river for kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding.

The basement can be used as a bi-generation, there is 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet, a large space with a pellet stove, and a kitchen allowing you to create a living room, an office space, and a dining area.
