The property offers multiple possibilities thanks to the apartment that was created in the basement in 2015. Separate entrance giving access to the front and to the backyard.
Cozy house offering 2 very large bedrooms upstairs as well as a bathroom with a bath and a large separate shower. The laundry room completes the second floor.
A large bright and open space on the ground floor allows you to arrange the space according to your needs. The large bright kitchen with patio door access to the backyard allows you to arrange the space for an office area or a dining area according to your taste.
