Very nice semi-detached Triplex with garage close to all services. Building very well maintained and renovated over the years.
It is a turnkey building, nothing to do. It offers two renovated 5 1/2 as well as a renovated 3 1/2. The balconies are new with white aluminum ramps, roof upgraded in 2021.
The courtyard is very private with a new 6-foot wooden fence, all close to schools and the Galerie d'Anjou shopping center and Place Versailles. In addition, rue Rondeau is served by buses bringing you to the metro.
Finally this street is near the Parc Roger Rousseau! (swimming pool, tennis court, baseball, etc...)
