3 bedrooms + office space - built in 2016 - private entrance - 1200 sqf - 3-storey townhouse

High-quality finishes: quartz countertops, thermoplastic cupboards, central vacuum, mural AC, air exchanger, wiring for an alarm system already in place, superior soundproofing, large windows in every room.

Lots of well-thought-out storage throughout the house: many large closets, a 24 square feet storage room on the third floor, numerous cupboards in the kitchen, a shed of decent size equipped with two bike racks adjacent to the private terrace.

Perfect to enjoy the outdoors: a small front yard for gardeners, a 10' x 10' cozy terrace that opens onto an intimate courtyard, a balcony to the master bedroom, and access to a Ruelle verte.

The office space on the third floor, which could also be used as a family room, allows us to use the three bedrooms as actual bedrooms; something that is hard to come by on the market in the neighborhood!

The house is located in a friendly 11-units co-ownership that is very well managed by the co-owners and according to an asset and property management plan prepared by an independent firm. The condo fees are quite low as there is virtually no common area to maintain.

The house is conveniently located:

  • Bike path right in front of the house
  • Viau metro station at walking distance: 8 min (800 m)
  • Bus stops for lines 125 and 34 on Viau Street corner (100 m)
  • Autoroute 25, Tunnel Hippolyte-Lafontaine and Notre-Dame Street/autoroute 720 are no more than 10-15 minutes away
  • Just a few minutes on foot or by bike from Marché Maisonneuve and Ontario Street shops that are easily accessible via Antenne-Longue-Pointe linear park
  • Maisonneuve Park, Espace pour la vie (Botanical Garden, Biodome, Planetarium), Saputo Stadium, StarCité Cinema and Olympic Stadium are a few minutes away
