Excellent building insulation makes for a very comfortable home both during the winter and the summer. Large walk-in in the master bedroom. Unit located on the 2nd floor. 

Large windows provide plenty of sunlight all year round. There's a balcony in the front and a terrace in the back which provides an access to the parking and to the quiet alley. Several storage closets, including a large central one for larger pieces. There's also a communal storage room in the basement for your tires.
