Beautiful condo with high ceilings (9 feet). It is located on the 2nd floor. The floors are hardwood and ceramic. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room / kitchen. Private outdoor parking is included. The condo has several storage spaces and exclusive access to a "locker" on the first floor, ideal for storing bikes and seasonal equipment. The living room and the dining room are open concept. You will find a full size fenestration. In the kitchen there are a lot of cupboards. The master bedroom has a "walk-in". The bathroom has a shower separate from the bath.

Strategic location 3 minutes from Beaubien metro and 5 minutes from Rosemont metro and halfway between downtown and Highway 40. Directly leads onto a protected cycle path on Chateaubriand. There are two primary schools nearby.

Neighborhood life is extraordinary. The Plaza Saint-Hubert is your neighbor! You will find a lot of services and shops in a close perimeter. A grocery store, small cafes, bookstore, Bagel Beaubien, SAAQ Sélection, bakery, cheese shop, several restaurants and other services such as the dentist, the UPS counter, pharmacy, etc.

Little Italy is within walking distance and the Jean-Talon Market is about a 15-minute walk away.

The adjacent streets have all been repaved in recent years. In addition, the repair work on Plaza Saint-Hubert is nearing completion (end expected in 2020)
