Top-floor condo for sale, very well located 15 minutes from Ottawa (downtown, Byward Market, Parliament).
Open concept, 2 bedrooms, updated, floating floor, new air-conditioning in 2023 (split air-con) very quiet, new light fixtures and ceiling fans. Hot water tank and toilet with bidet replaced in 2024, new kitchen sink and stainless steel stove hood replaced in 2023. Gallery floor replaced in 2023.
The entire condominium was re-roofed in 2023. Peaceful location set back from boulevard Saint-Joseph, overlooking Mont Bleu. Public transport stops at the condominium entrance and shops within walking distance.
