A premium 4th floor unit (top floor) with a breathtaking panoramic view of the river and a large balcony at the back. This unit is at the backside of the complex, away from street traffic and the outside parking at the front. The building is 5 minutes away from highways 13 and 15, 10 minutes from the 440, and 10 minutes from Ville Saint-Laurent.
All floors are covered with ceramic tile, while the bedrooms have wooden floor. The living room has a ceramic floor with a lovely mosaic, a decorative brick wall, and a double fireplace that also opens to the master bedroom.
Complete building caulking was replaced in 2014. The roof was also replaced in 2016 with 8 inches of additional insulation for the attic.
