The balcony (120 sq. ft.) overlooks the clean, green, and quiet backyard of the building, pool, and park. An indoor garage and a spacious storage space are also included in the property. 
 
Many recent upgrades were completed in the building: renovations of the garage, roof was completely redone (2021), water main to the building was changed,  4 new elevators were installed, new intercom, insulation of windows, major brickwork was done, partially changed and repointing of the brick joint of the entire building was done, fire alarm system was changed.
