Available immediately. Spacious and bright 1625sq.ft. condo with windows on 3 sides, a large skylight, located at the corner of Bélanger and Des Érables, in a sought-after neighborhood on the border of Rosemont and Villeray. The 3-story building was completely renovated in 2014 by a single owner. The current sellers have optimized the space to have 4 closed bedrooms, two of which are currently used as offices. Bedrooms 2 and 3 (on the plan) can easily be converted into a single large bedroom.
There is also a balcony and a large terrace offering both privacy and sunset views. Flats of this size on the top level of 3 stories are rare in the neighborhood.
