Very well located in the southwest of Montreal, more precisely in the coveted St-Henri, is a 6 plex housing 6 - 4 ½ approximately 600 sq. ft. each, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, washer/dryer entrance, a front and rear balcony. Hot water tanks are all located in the service basement.

All units are identical, see photos for dimensions.
The only difference is the room at the end of the corridor for the :
931-935-937 see Apt 931 photo bedroom .
933-944-939 see Apt 941 photo office or bedroom (one wall is at an angle)

These units welcome trouble-free, respectful and good-paying tenants.

The building has been meticulously maintained over the past 12 years by its owner.
